Hayden

I am so in love with my Hayden. He honestly brings so much joy into my life. Cheesy, I know. But hey it's true. I just wanted to list just a FEW reasons why I love Hayden....
- He is always smiling.
- He loves his Mommy and Daddy.
- He plays patty cake, and he is so proud of it too! (Started at 9 months)
- Even though he doesn't really have eyebrows, he lifts them when he is smiling, or when he gets excited. It's super cute.
- His dimple. I just love to kiss it.
- He says Da Da, Ma Ma, and Ba Ba (for bottle).
- When he first started crawling, it was an army crawl, but he would only use his right arm and his right leg (7 months old). Now he is full speed!
- He walks along the couch, table, etc. It won't be long until he is walking! (Started at 9 months)
- His face lights up when he see's someone he loves.
- He loves yogurt, and cottage cheese. At his 9 month appointment, the doctor said that he needed more fat on him. He told me to start feeding him yogurt and cottage cheese, and Hayden loves it!
- He thinks it's fun to go up one stair, and then sit and wait for me to come get him so he doesn't get hurt. He thinks he is pretty funny.
- He loves to wreck the things that Cart and Tan are doing. Like blocks, puzzles, play dough, coloring, etc.
- Carter and Tanner call him Hayd-Ba-Jayd. They made it up themselves.
- He gives great kisses!
- He has such a sweet spirit, and I hope we stay best friends forever!

Look at that dimple!

Ok, so this next picture is not a happy one. Hayden has his two top teeth coming in. His gums are red, and swollen. He has been pretty clingy for over a week now. He even had drops of blood coming from them. So sad! He tries so hard to be happy and play, but sometimes it just hurts! So we have been doing a lot of cuddling, which I can't really complain about. Would you not want to hold that sad little face?

I love you my Hayden bug.

Sewing Time!!!

Ever since we found out about Shar's twin girls, Mom Davis has been going crazy! And can you blame her? She hasn't been able to shop in the baby girl section for a long time! Well we (Me, Shar, and Mom) decided we were going to make some blankets for the babies. Oh my gosh we have insane amounts of fabric! It has been so fun. So far we have made about 8 blankets for the girls, one as a gift, one for Carter, one for Hayden, and we are still waiting on Tanner's fabric. He actually took the scissors to his fabric and ruined it, so we had to order more. It has been a HUGE learning experience! I will take pictures of some of the finished ones soon! I think I am getting better with each blanket!

Hayden is my little helper!

Carter and Tanner asked me why Hayden looked like an Indian! I said he doesn't, because he's a Ninja!!! They thought that was pretty funny. :)

Yogurt Buddies

Tanner and Hayden are so cute together! Tanner feeds Hayden his morning yogurt every single day. It's definitely not clean at the end of the adventure!
Tanner gets a bite...

and then Hayden gets a bite!

This is actually one of the cleaner days! I love my boys! It's so fun to see them get along. What a joy it is to be a MOM!!!

Valentine Party

Carter's preschool had a Valentine Party on Thursday. It was so much fun! We did a craft, decorated cookies, and then the kids sang us Valentine songs.

Our kissing hand.

This is Carter and Camri, aka Ken and Barbie. That's what all of the teachers call them! They always tell me how cute they are to each other! Carter and Camri are best friends, and do everything together. I'm thinking they are a little young for this!
This is Carter getting ready to sing. He has a great voice, just like his Daddy!

Thanks for a great party Carter!
I LOVE YOU!

We Want Spring!!!

I don't know about you guys, but we need spring to come! How many of you remember this post from last year? I didn't even realize it, but we are reliving this moment! The boys are just dying to get outside and play. It's funny but my post from last year was on the 22nd of February, and this one is on the 10th. My kids are getting less and less patient each year! We couldn't really go on a bike ride, because it just snowed yesterday, but we still had a ton of fun!

Playing frisbee in 25 degree weather! :)

What a handsome Tan Man!

That can't be good for him!

Carter and Tanner are such great friends! They are so lucky that they have each other. I hope they will be best friends for life!
