Carter and Tanner love Papa Weee. They call him that because he gives them rides on his wheelchair. They stand in front of him and go cruisin'. Tanner is so cute with him and loves to sit on his lap. In these pictures Tanner was making funny faces and making Papa laugh pretty hard. What cute boys!
